I understand your concern. You have already submitted a refund request, you will receive a refund confirmation email soon for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited automatic renewal.
Once you receive the refund confirmation email, then subscription will be cancelled automatically. However, you can login to AVG MyAccount, My product tab, click the arrow button next to your product to expand the product description, and then click Cancel Subscription.

Very stressed out because I got billed for internet security - unlimited when I specifically cancelled any payments that would have come through if not. I have tried to cancel my subscription but there is no button for it. I have previously done this and it has worked, however this time am I missing something? I don't know if I'm being blind and I cant see where the button is but regardless if not then how am I supposed to cancel my subscription? I would like to request for a refund but am worried that I am going to get charged more money if I do without cancelling my subscription.
Would love some advice, thanks
