I no longer have a computer and havent for awhile… I called avg up before when they charged my card the first time and no dice they kept the money now they are trying again… well if I dont have a damn computer then how can I use your stupid products… I havent gotten any emails at all on how to cancel it… you have no right to take money out of my account if I am not using your service… sounds like I need to contact the BBB and have them resolve this… the first time was in May or June of this year you got money off my card… this time no dice because it wasn't there… so please do what ever you need to do to cancel my avg subscription that I havent used in over 6 or 7 months let alone even upgraded to the new version…
