Trying to cancel

We'll certainly help with your request. Was it AVG TuneUp you paid for to fix the issues? Did you use a different email address than the one you used to contact us here while completing the payment? You do not have an active subscription for AVG TuneUp registered under exxxxxxxxs@lockstockuk.com. I've sent an email, please confirm the order number or the correct email address under which you registered AVG TuneUp.

Please also note that, you need to activate the trial version of TuneUp to upgrade it to paid version after payment. You seem to have not done it which is the reason you were asked for payment again. We'll help your accordingly when you provide requested information.

Have had AVG business for years and happy with that but have issues at home on my pc that is running with the above so clicked onto resolve 40+ issues slowing the machine down, accepted the free trial, clix fix take me take to the 2 year price of £69 so pays it press fix, does another bit of a  scan , now wants another £60 but hasn't fixed any thing for the 1st payment, whatever you press just takes you into a loop of wanting money but fixing zero–tried to go online but doesn't accept my password so rest it , congratulations but then says not correct, so do it all again and same thing so set up a new account to get onto this forum–i think it is a pile of rubbish that being the resolve section and want to get a full refund-- 50 minutes going around in circles and my items resolved, its not fit for purpose , admin please cancel this extra bit and issue me a full refund
