My subscription for AVG tuneup is not showing in the ‘my subscriptions’ because I uninstalled the software some weeks ago. And yet AVG have taken another year’s subscription. I cannot see any way of resolving this - website just sends me around in circles. No email or phone support. I cannot see a chatbot option either. Not able to trigger ‘refund’ because subscription not showing? I have cancelled any further subscription calls on my Paypal account, but I want the latest payment refunded…
I found that on 03/12/2024 AVG took 93.99 Euro from my account unexpectedly. My subscriptions page on your website shows ‘no activity’ and on my payment page ‘no activity’. I wish to have a refund of 93.99 Euro paid into my credit card account from which it was taken
