Trying to install AVG Ultimate; keep getting error code 0xe001c042,it is not on AVG site?

Can't find error code 01xe001c042 at the AVG Home Support site; has anyone else received that code and know what to do to fix it.

I understand that you are unable to complete the installation of AVG Ultimate and get error. Please check if you have any old traces of AVG or any other security software in your computer. If it is, please remove the same. Download and run the offline installer of AVG Ultimate and check if that fix the issue.
