Trying to reinstall AVG AntiVirus FREE on Windows 10

Hello Bhuvaneswari, Thank you so much that link has worked! The UI failed to load at first and I had to restart the service a couple of times but eventually it installed and all looks ok. Big thank you.

Hello Willy, Thanks very much for your message - no I don't have any other antivirus products on my laptop it was strange I don't know why I all of a sudded had problems with AVG but fingers crossed it is sorted now! Thanks.

Hello, I was unable to update AVG AntiVirus FREE on Windows 10 so I uninstalled (had to uninstall in safe mode) and tried to reinstall but keep getting a message 'There was an error while completing the set up process'. Can you help please? Thanks

Hello Maria. By any chance, do you have other antivirus/antimalware products installed on your PC? They can sometimes get in the way of installation .

Hello thank you for your message, I have run the AVG Clear tool which was successful and restarted my laptop. I then tried to install AVG Antivirus free updated version from the link provided but I'm still getting the message 'There was an error while completing the set up process'. See below:
