I am trying to request for a refund of £49.99 as I don't want to continue with the service (anti-track) and I was billed on my credit card over a month before the previous paid subscription was up. The system is doing all it can to prevent me getting a refund. When I get to the final stages of the request process a window opens for me to have to -
'Get help right now from a real human by starting an online chat.' There is no way past this apart from clicking the 'Start Chat' button which is unresponsive. The Customer support number that I finally got doesn't work either. Don't even get a dialling tone.
Can anyone please suggest what else I can do? The whole process is deeply frustrating and I've now been trying to sort this for over 90 minutes.
