Tune Up 2014 has a prfoblem

That worked!  Many, many thanks - both for your help and the speed of your responses.
George.

I pre-ordered Tune Up 2014 in July 2014 and the product was downloaded in September 2014. Yesterday a message appeared that Tune Up had a problem and I must re-install it. I did so from the 2014 page of the web site but it was the 2015 trial version which downloaded. I do not have a 'product code' therefore cannot activate it.
I do have the reference number for my original order (47815646) also the registration key (License number removed). I completed a form yesterday to retrieve my  'product code', which supposedly was e-mailed to me, but no e-mail arrived. Can you please help? Since the 2014 version wasn't repeased till September 2014, it still has a few more months to run. Is there a technical support site which replies by e-mail - I don't want to make phone calls! George.
George Michie.

Hello George. You might have downloaded the trial version of the AVG PC TuneUp program. I kindly request you to uninstall the program and try to install the TuneUp Utilities program by following the instructions on the following article http://avgread.me/1zpftPj .

I already tried that and have completed the on line form several times, clicking the button 'to chat' but when I press 'proceed' I'm back to the on line form, now blank, and this goes around in circles…
