TUNE UP 2014 (no Abo) Perpetual License will new License

On 03/02/2014 I has bought perpetual license of TuneUp Utilities 2014 Full Version License . Yesterday the program has complained that the license has expired. Even attempt to re-enter license key has failed, because license key is claimed expired.
Perpetual license doesn't expire, isn't it ?
Has I been cheated by AVG ?
AM 2.März2014 eine Full Version (KEIN ABO) gekauft und jetzt will es eine neuen Produktschlüssel. Die Software ist immer noch Version 2014 und nicht geupdatet.
