I used Tune up Utilities for years with no problem at all. This year, I bought a new laptop en I ordered Tune up 2019, Internet security and AVG secure VPN. Well I'm very dissapointed. Every time a start up my laptop, neither Tune up or Internet security starts up. I have to Uninstall en Install both apps and then it is al working as it use to be. But when I finish my session on the proper way (start, shutdown, or restart) both programmes (Tune up and Internet Security) won't start up untill I uninstall and intstall them again. And, when I put some programmes in sleep position (Tune up), also that programmes don't start. If there is no solution on short term I unsubscribe the products en find another supplier, not AVG
