Tune up and Internet security after start up Laptop

Just uninstalled Tune up and Internet security and installed only Tune up again. No problem after restart. I think Internet security is the main issue. I install a free antivirus programm untill AVG internet security is reliayble. Or choose for an other antivirus supplier (McAffee, Norton)
