Hello Kara,

I understand the inconvenience.
If disk defragmentation doesn't complete then you will not get option as "Fix now" to fix all the issues.
Hence, the other issues aren't fixed when disk defragmentation doesn't show any result.
Try (repair) of AVG PC TuneUp and perform maintenance scan.
If the issue persists, try running disk defragmenation manually from "All Functions" available on PC TuneUp dashboard.
Keep us informed about the status.

when I run the maintenance in PC TuneUp it gets to the last item, Disk Defragmention, and then stops – it has the little round circle going all the time but I've left it for over 26 hours and it never completes.  So when I cancel so I can use my computer all of the other issues it's "FIXED" are canceled as well.  I need assistance. Thanks
