We have deleted the screneshot that you attached earlier on this thread.
The reason is because that your activation code can be viewed by anyone as it was posted publicly. 
We would like to clarify that AVG Ultimate package includes AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp programs.
Hence, your recent tuneup subscription got merged with Ultimate.

On checking, you have purchased AVG TuneUp today and got upgraded to AVG Ultimate valid till Feb 25, 2021.

AVG Ultimate is a bundled subscription for AVG TuneUp and AVG Internet Security to protect and enhance performance for your PC.

If you're unable to view AVG Ultimate subscription in AVG MyAccount, you can write us here.

Ive just renewed  AVG Tune Up but it is not listed  in "My Account".

Thanks for your reply, but yes it is right that I cannot SEE my "AVG Tune up" on my list of subscriptions in "My Account". I can see the mention that I can download it for mac, but that is the only mention?

Can you get this rectified please?

I am so very sorry I messed up with this…you see I have a mental illness and it lets me down sometimes. Thanks very much for your valuable time and assistance.
May I ask is "Tune Up" for only one pc or can it be for more?
