You have billed me for £69.99 when I have already paid this at a reduced rate in your sale. You took £35.88 and £22.50 out of my account on the 1st July which I was under the impression that the £35.88 was a reduced rate of the £69.99. I have tried on several occasions to email you, all of which have come back to me as failed. If you send me an email address I will try and forwa I said in the emails, I only wanted cover for the two amounts above that I have paid so could you please re-imburse me with the £69.99 you have just taken.If you send me an email address I will try and forward the failed emails to you. I will be 80 years old at Christmas so I am not very good on the computer and rely on people being honest with me. When I had the two things installed, I couldn't do it properly and a young man helped me. I was asked to fill a survey in as to how it had been handled and I was extremely grateful to the young man who helped me and I said so in my answers to the survey. As I only receive State Pension I cannot be affording to pay the £69.99 as well as the other£35.88 and £22.50 I have already paid. I will be charged if my Bank Account goes overdrawn because of this so could you please return the £69.99 into my Bank Account, Thank you.
