On march this year I received from AVG Germany a list of all my purchases with all license nrs.

I have send this list and all info to AVG support center last monday.
So I am wondering why it takes so long?

Since last sunday I did not hear from support center about the following:
I have payed 17,99 for an update Pc-Utilities 2013 to 2015.
Amount was booked to AVG Netherlands.
Up to now I did not receive the license, because my e-mail is not in the database.
I did send all license nrs. since 2006
Case is known as: request number is: 02234625
