Did you use AVG remover tool to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp or removed from control panel?

Hi. Just renewed subscription which includes PC Tune Up. It says its installed and ready but it just has the moving circle going for ever - nothing loads . I un installed and re installed but same issue . I cant get it to load
