Tune Up won't activate

I paid for a 1 year subscription to both AVG Tune Up and Breachguad, i tried to install it but for the next week, the website keep popping ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED everytime i entered. Somehow I managed to install it but when I enter my subscribed account and copy the activation code from the website, it activates but a second later, it comes back to not being activated in my device, what should I do? I paid an yearly subscription
