Trying to install AVG Tune up, and it is asking for my product key. This is an online installation and I don't have a product key . What should I do ?

When I tried to upgrade my version of Tune-up, the installation proceeded to 50%, then froze. After a cold reboot it gave me a message saying it could not install for some reason, try again. If it still does not work reference error code 0xe001f632. It froze again at 50% Would appreciate any advice.
