I purchased a tuneup subscription in October last year and it worked fine, but it is no longer working and the activation code wont work. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it still won't work. Any ideas? I keep receiving an error message that says incorrect code.
I have started another thread previously but I am unable to reply to the person assisting.
