TuneUp as multilingual version?

Jörg, At the installation stage of AVG PC TuneUp it's available in these languages (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/languages?lic=p_pct).

Are there multilingual versions of tuneUp, or something like language-packs like in windows? That means like in Windows one Windows-account can run the same installation of tuneup in english, the other one in german (or french or whatelse)? should depend only on who is logging on in the same PC.
