Tuneup license key not recognized

I have a new cpu and an active license for 3 cpu's up to 2021 but the license id nr is not recognized by the system by means of the following statement: "sorry, you have entered an invalid format of license. Can you help me in activating the product?

You have the active subscription for TuneUp Utilities and this product has been discontinued from AVG and you can't activate AVG PC TuneUp using this license.
