Thanks for your prompt reply. Hmmmmmm, problem.
I went to that screen. The automatic maintenance slide button will not go to the on the setting. In any case, I can't enable the options as none will come up, it just spins looking for them.
Any other ideas?

Please follow the steps to check if tracking and browser cookies are enabled. If not, click on the check box to enable it and run the scan. Please confirm if the scan resolve tracking and browser cookies.
1. Open AVG TuneUp program
2. Click on Menu > Settings > Automatic Maintenance > enable tracking and browser cookies.

Well, this problem continues.
I am able to sweep once or twice and then bang. Straight back to the same problem where it won't allow all functions.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and it hasn't helped.
Can anyone offer me any suggestions? It's frustrating and makes the software a little impotent.

I did reinstall. I thought I would leave it a day or two to make sure it is working.

Hi everyone
For the life of me, I cannot get TuneUp to sweep the Browser Cache / Tracking & Other Cookies / Browsing & Download History. None of the three, it continually says "No Issues" without checking.
It hasn't always been this way. Something changed. I can't even check the boxes to ask it to sweep them.
I did two reinstalls and the problem persists.
Any ideas? Many thanks.
