After clicking "Show" under "PC Health," message states, "A device is not working properly." But it doesn't tell me what the device is. It just instructs the user to go through Windows' Device Manager. But I have no idea what device is not working. How can I determine that?
Also, this Support function has been taking me through a loop. After 20 mins, I still haven't actually come anywhere near a solution.
