TuneUp Pro License Expired but valid until 2015

I have the exact same problem - and filed 2 requests tro AVG Support and gotten no answer (1+ week and still waiting)… Is it just me or were things a whole lot better when it was TuneUp?!

I already tried this after reinstalling the suite. ZEN is connected to my network again (reporting all PCs connected to) - but unfortunatelly still reports that license has expired …

I purchased an AVG Performance multidevice license, 1year subscription, in beginning of August, 2014.
All went well - until yesterday. 
Now I get the message that the licence expired …
Tried to reinstall the product from myAVG - only ZEN reinstalled, TuneUp ist still in FREE mode.

Uninstall did not work properly - I had to manually stop  the AVG services to get rid of all AVG stuff (TuneUp, Antivir and ZEN).
Decided to wait some days before trying to re-install anything.
Nevertheless thanks for your support !
