I just purchased avg internet security , activated with signing on and putting in code, Now I'm trying to turn things on such as file shield, behavior shield , ransomware protection, And it says all my shields are turned off. I can't seem to turn them on. What do i do? I click the red buttons but it wont turn on. I purchased the subscription so what is it I need to do to get it to turn on?
