In November 2020 I set up Virus protection & Breach Guard on my MacMini (a rarely used device). That works fine.
Today I wanted to add BreachGuard to my iMac (already have AVG virus protection. Paid the fee, they sent license # but when I put in it just says that it belongs to another account. In short, I've paid for BreachGuard for two devices but it's only allowing me to use on one. 
Help.
