I have been in the process of viewing my bank statements and it seems you have taken out two annual payments: One in the amount of £26.99 at a discounted rate on the 21st Aug, which I remember distinctively subscribing for, and then a further payment has been taken in the amount of £54.99 on the 18th Sept that I have not authorised and have not received a confirmation regarding this unauthorised payment! Please can you shed some light on the matter as I am owed a refund in the amount of £54.99…
