UI Failed to Load

Seriously  -  is that it!  Are you guys getting paid for this s***.   Having already been through all the support articles and followed the steps to enable and set properties for automation, and having done this umpteen times, re-started, even done a full uninstall and re-install, the problem still persists.  If you can't tell me what is going on, it will be removed permantly.  Sure I can find a better solution elsewhere.

Firstly, outrageous there is no direct email contact for tech support  -  be open and transparent in your business operations.
Have Tune Up, AVG Free, and Anti-Track installed, though not all information pertaining to products can be found on your site in my product listing, billing history, etc  -  losing faith in AVG as an organisation.
Now I am constantly being plagued with UI Failed to Load error, not just a nuisance, but failing literally 50 times + every day, and has been occurring for a couple of weeks now.   I need a solution to this immediately, before I disable and uninstall the lot and go elsewhere.
