UI Failed to load

The AVG service which is required to load the interface might have stopped, therefore causing this issue.

As you're unable to perform repair as you have forgotten the interface password, I request you uninstall AVG Internet Security using AVG clear tool to remove the traces of AVG and reinstall the program again.

Good evening, I hope you are well, I have a problem with my AVG antivirus, when I try to open it I get a message that says "UI failed to load your protection is running, but the UI is having a really bad day", and it just gives me An option to "exit" when I try to repair it asks me for a password that I don't know what it is, if you can help me I would really appreciate it, I have the antivirus licensed.
