UK VPN puts me in Japan?

I've been having this issue for ages now, and I can't seem to fix it. When i turn on my VPN for a UK address, I get giving a Japanese one and everything searches in japanese. Google > Japanese, Youtube > japanese…ect

You can turn in of and on and nothing changes.

ANy ideas?
