Sorry to know that your components on the AVG Internet Security is inactive. I would request you to open the AVG Zen interface and click on the Protection circle which will open the AVG Internet Security window. In that please click on "OPTIONS" and select as Update and check whether you getting the update successful message. If you get that you should have your components in active state. Please try this and do let us know the status of it. Thank you.
My Ultimate AVG tells Computer not protected, AVG Zen says Protection Pro not protected, AVG Internet Security says Anti virus partially protected & Resident shield component is not active". Pls guide me to resolve it.
