On 21 Nov 2023, I took advantage of an AVG promotion and purchased a subscription to Ultimate (Mutli-Devices).  This is running happily on my mobile (and shows it expires 21 No 2024)

I am now trying to install it on my wife's desktop.  I've downloaded the Ultimate but it refuses to accept the Activation Code (with hyphens) copied from my mobile.

Curiously, when I log into my AVG Account, the Ultimate subscription that I've paid for is not listed!

Where am I going wrong?

I am very disappointed that I have to resolve this via a public forum and not with AVG!!!
