VG - instead of demanding that your paying customers send an email for this obvious PERVASIVE ISSUE, why not put the answer on this forum rather than make us go through these steps. It is obvious from all the reposts that we all have this issue. Please escalate and address rather than oush us to an area where we are individually attended to. This should not be an issue in the first place, and if it is it should be addressed expeditiously rather than moving us along like cattle.

I purchased the unlimited protection program and am in theory able to load to my android device. I send an invite and follow the direction however, I keep getting the trial version of the items that I already have an unlimited Lic for. I keep getting the add and if I want to get rid of them I have to upgrade to the version of lic I already own. I looked at the desktop version and it does not show the addition of my phone. what am I doing wrong?
