We will certainly check and help you to resolve it. Please confirm whether you've a stable internet connection on your PC.
- Does your PC connected by Lan cable or by wifi?
- May I know the operating system of your PC?
- We suggest you change the location of AVG Secure VPN servers and check if you experience the same.
- Check if the kill switch option is enabled. If so, please disable it. To do that follow the below instructions :
- Open AVG Secure VPN - Menu - Settings - Network security.
After disabling the kill switch let us know, if the issue persist or not.

When I have my VPN switched on , I cannot access the Internet. ha
When I switch VPN off Ihave no problems.
This occurs on both my subscipions - Laptop and desk PC.
Both are Windos 11
Any one else got this problem and if so how do I overcome this
