Hi, I have a problem with allowing a couple of programs to access my Webcam/USB Video capture device.
Up until about 7 weeks ago I was able to access my webcam and USB video capture devices(the capture devices normally show up as webcams) through 2 prograams I use,NCH Debut capture software and Corel Video studio with no problem, but now I am unable to access them through the programs.
Both devices work OK accessing them through windows 10 but not with listed programs.
I am not sure if it is AVG or not that is causing the problem, but any advice would be appreciated, below are screen shots of my Windows privacy settings (as you can see both Debut and Corel have accessed in the past ) and my AVG settings thanks Rebel
