Unable to access webiste

Hi

Hope you are doing well.

I am facing a strange issue. When I connect VPN some of the sites like Facebook, Mepco bills, Twitter etc are unable to access. Please guide me on how can I sort out this issue. While when I disconnect VPN i do not face any issue like this.
