Unable to activate account

I have recently purchased AVG Ultimate, but are unable to install as l cannot activate my account, l have used the reset password several times with no response, l have used the chat line. with an email will be sent withing 10-15 minutes. no email ever arrives. lve had to join with a second email just so l can get some assistance, Can someone either assist me with activating my main acount or assist me in transferring my purchase over to the other acount
