I have just purchased AVG Driver Updater but haven't received a registration key to activate only a serial number. It keeps asking me to renew and purchase the key.

Thanks for your reply. I have followed those instructions but it starts and then says a problem encountered and shuts down.

Thank you. I have resolved the problem. I had copied and pasted the serial number which was the problem. I have typed in the serial number and everything has worked fine. Thanks for your help.
