Unable to Activate my License

I have just installed AVG Internet Security on a new PC. Tried to log into my account via the AVG app to get license validated. Comes up with an error "Please connect to the Internet". Tried to do the same with Activation Code. Same error. No issue with Internet connections - lots of browser windows open. Logging into my account via browser is fine. In fact I am sending this support ticket from the PC I have just installed AVG Internet Security on. I have uninstalled AVG using your AVG Clean tool and reinstalled AVG. Same issue.

I've had the same problem since Thursday, August 20th.
Looks like AVG tech support is on vacation.
It's incomprehensible that they don't fix the error right away.
I am very unhappy with AVG/AVAST , so please give an answer immediately.

The problem is not the license code.
Have you tried activating a license? I can see that you haven't.
The problem is that your activation site fails!
Please fix the problem and don't give meaningless answers.
