Unable to activate supscription. States not active

Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. I regret for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. Please make sure that you did not have any other email address connected to Google Play store than the one you used to contact us here.

In our latest version, you can activate subscription using "restore purchase" option.

1. Open AVG Antivirus.
2. Tap upgrade
3. Tap 3 dotted icon on top-right corner
4. Select "restore purchase".

If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.

I have AVG for Xperia and I paid for the yearly subscription which will renew in NOV 2018.

It has been working until two days ago. Under my profile in the google play store it states I have the subscription but on opening the app it states I must upgrade.
My AVG is connected to the same email I obtained the subscription but even under MyAccount, it states I no longer have one.

Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.
