Unable to connect to VPN

Whenever I try to Turn On VPN, I get an error which says "You are Offline, Please Connect to the Internet to use VPN" I just bought it today, such a bummer :frowning: Lost faith in the product now.

Mostly 90% of servers are giving this error I bought it for Geo streaming but it is giving me a hard time.Error
