Unable to copy & paste my key number into instalation

Please use the link http://www.avg.com/download-file-dm-isc to download the installation file and try to install the program. If the issue persists please use the license fix tool by following the instructions given below:
Download the AVG License fix tool:
http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_License_fix.exe
2. Run the tool, and then click Accept to confirm the license agreement.
3. Click Continue, and then click OK (it may take a few seconds).
4. Open AVG to verify the fix.

I have tried several attemps to download istalation, everytime I try to to paste into key my number it won't paste. I have tried to do it manuly & everytime it tells me it is invalid key code. My licence expires 17/12/16 next year. Can someone help.
