Unable to download ppts or word documents

Hello David,
I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access Microsoft office (ppt/word docs) after AVG updates. I request you to check, which are the AVG programs you have installed on your computer (please go to control panel > programs and features). Also, let us know if you have disabled, Microsoft application using AVG PC Tuneup sleep button. We look forward for your reply.

Hello,

I have the latest update of AVG.  Since it has been downloaded, I am unable to open any attached documents, be they ppts, or word docs.

Can any one help?
