Unable to enable Hacker Attack

Hi, my sister in law has downloaded AvG internet security into her win10 laptop and unable to enable Hacker Attacks. She has uninstalled , reactivated using the activation code and checked for other Installed protection software .   Any ideas on what to do next at all ? Thanks

Please open AVG Internet Security > Click on Hacker attacks and check which component under Hacker attacks is disabled. 
Is the issue persists even after reinstalling AVG Internet Security? 
Also, please confirm the operating system(i.e, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11) which you are using on your PC.
