Unable to exit VPN GUI

I have tried to contact your live support but it's showing a blank "white window" that never loads the support chat. I'm not using an adblocker that would block the chat function nor is my computer infected due to a clean install. is your live chat support center down? 

The new version of the VPN does not allow you to exit the GUI when clicking the X button it's a pretty reproducible bug. Anyway i can contact live support to show them the issue? but the chats are not loading! i have contacted support mon-friday at all different times.
