Unable to install AVG products

Hello Chris,

I understand the inconvenience.
The connect option can be found only on AVG main user interface and to access it open AVG Antivirus free dashboard.
Click on small "HOME" icon to the left of the window to get main user interface opened.
On main user interface, click on connect and follow the steps as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate .

Hello,

I have the basic free AVG antivirus product.

I have just paid £14.99 for AVG full protection. However, when I attempt to download it, it gives me the following pretty useless error message:

"Unexpected Error

Sorry, we've run into a problem during installation.
(Error code: 0xc007271d)"

I also signed up for 60 days free trial for AVG VPN. It tells me to connect using the Connect button at the top right hand corner of my AVG product. This button doesn't exist.

Can you please help me out here, or let me have my hard earned money back, please.
