Unable to install AVG Zen - Error code: 0xC0070643

Hello Dave,
We understand how disappointing this could be. Have you installed any other conflicting Antivirus program on your computer?

I keep getting this error, however many times I try and install AVG Zen. Have used the AVG remover tool to unistall but makes no difference. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I'm running Windows 10.

I did have mcafee, but uninstalled it after I first got this error, but it didn't make any difference.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would request  to uninstall AVG using  the latest  version of AVG Remover tool and reinstall AVG Free.
Click on the link below to uninstall AVG:

Once uninstalling, please follow the steps below to reinstall AVG Free.
To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link.

After determining the OS please select the correct installation file to install AVG Antivirus Free
