Thanks to you all. I eventualy received the uninstall file by email and that solved all my problems. AVG now installed and works. Thanks again.

I have a new drive in my Mac and want to re-install AVG AntiVirus. Although the previous AVG app is not on the new drive I get an Installation Error that "AVG Antivirus is already installed, please uninstall the previous version first." I have searched and checked on Terminal but can not find any sign of the existing version. What can be done?

No mail received. Not on my mail server or any folder (Spam & Junk included) in my machine. Just send it again to mk@kuhn.co.za. Thanks.

Mike, we request you not to share the email address on a public forum.

Mike, 
I have sent an email to the domain "@kuhn.co.za". Please check the spam or junk folders. 
Try to open your email in web browser & check if you received that email.
