my subscription to vpn stoppped working on 30th July 2023 for no apparent reason . Avg were contacted about this on August 10th and since then they have replied ONCE anmd i have now gone over 55 days without a service that I have paid up front for.Who can I contact to get this fixed ?

this is ridiculous they have had this isssue since August surely they have had enough tinme to sort this out ?
they have cotacted me ONCE in August but noothing since
I don't think they are even interested
Can you please get on to them for me to fix this issue
also I have had to pay for other vpn and security
which I have already paid avg for
