Unable to load an activation code on mobile avg interent security or avg cleaner

Hello Terrence,

I understand the inconvenience.
Please be informed that the protection app of AVG for Android is "AVG Antivirus" and not AVG Internet Security.
I see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate product for unlimited devices. You can use this subscription and activate both AVG Antivirus and Cleaner on your Android device.
Please download AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner from Google PlayStore on Android device, install it and then enter AVG my account by following below steps:
1.Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG antivirus/cleaner.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.

Unfortunately the Cleaner reverts back when you logout. Also logging out of antivirus keeps the pro version but I can no longer see it in zen app (the main reason I use this product), thus I'm blind as to the status of the devcies.

I am unable to load an activation code on my mobile for AVG Internet Security or AVG Cleaner.
I have uninstalled both of these apps , restart and then downloaded them again and the same problem is happening.
